Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services, bookings, and products purchased via astrovasturajesh.com (the “Site”) in connection with Astro Vastu Rajesh’s astrology, Vastu, and/or related spiritual consultation and product services (“Services” or “Products”). By making a booking or purchase through the Site, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking / Service Confirmations

  • Once a consultation session or Vastu service is booked and confirmed (i.e., you receive a confirmation from us), the booking is considered final.

  • Preparations (for example: consultation scheduling, Vastu analysis, report preparation, etc.) begin immediately after confirmation.

3. Cancellation by Client

  • If you wish to cancel a consultation or service booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for eligibility for cancellation.

  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for refund, and may not be eligible for rescheduling (see section 4).

  • For product orders (physical items) placed via the Site: cancellations are permitted only before the item is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be accommodated.

4. Rescheduling

  • A consultation or Vastu service may be rescheduled once without any additional charge, provided you inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered as completed and the regular policy applies (i.e., no refund).

  • Product orders cannot generally be “rescheduled” — returns must follow the product-return terms (see section 6).

5. Refund Policy – Services

  • For consultation and Vastu sessions: Once the session has been delivered (or begun), no refund will be given.

  • If for any reason we (Astro Vastu Rajesh) are unable to deliver the booked service (for example, we are unable to assign a consultant, or a scheduling / technical issue from our side), you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • All refund requests for services must be submitted in writing (by email) within 3 business days of the service date, with your booking details and reason for refund. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

  • The decision to approve a refund for services is at our sole discretion and will be final.

6. Refund Policy – Products

  • If you purchased a physical product via the Site and it arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from description, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receipt. The product must remain unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Requests for returns beyond 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by you (the customer), unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped by us; in that case we will arrange pickup/shipping and refund any return‐shipping cost.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any transaction or payment gateway charges incurred are non-refundable, and we may deduct those from the refund amount.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation/service without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

  • Make sure you are available at the scheduled time and have the required contact/details as provided.

8. Incorrect Information & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing correct information (e.g., birth-data, address, contact number) at the time of booking. The Site and our experts will rely on that information. If incorrect data is provided, we cannot guarantee the suitability or outcome of the service — refunds will not be issued on that basis.

  • For product orders, you are responsible for verifying shipping details, contact number, etc. Once shipment has left our warehouse, risk passes to you. Damages due to transit or handling must be notified immediately.

9. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges

  • Any refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment used at purchase.

  • In case of multiple payments for the same booking/order (duplicate payment), the excess payment will be refunded.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment-gateways.

  • If any transaction fees, gateway charges or shipping costs (for returns) were incurred, such charges may be deducted from the refund amount, and you will be informed of any such deduction.

10. Cancellation/Refund by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking, order or service at our discretion (for example: payment issue, scheduling conflict, incorrect pricing, technical error, non-availability of consultant). In such cases, we will inform you and provide a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled service/order.

  • We are not liable for any other cost or damages you may incur due to our cancellation.

11. Policy Changes

  • We may update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. The “last updated” date will appear at the top (or bottom) of this policy. Your continued use of the Site and our services after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
